1. Summary of our terms: (valid from 1 May 2012)
Our mission is to bring you the latest LED technology has to offer at very affordable prices. All the brand products in our offer are genuine and you will not find them at lower prices on the web. If you do, e-mail us and we will make you a better offer. Since 2009 we have delivered to over 5000 customers big and small in 50 countries around the globe, from most of Europe to USA, Japan, Korea and South Africa. In order to bring you the best offer on the web we need to be efficient and , most importantly, keep our inventory to a minimum. In a market where prices and technology evolve rapidly large stocks imply significant costs which are visible directly in the sales price. Our low sales prices mean we rely on the suppliers stock for most of the 1000+ products in our offer.
When do you ship my order*?:
- 1-2 days for instant availabe products (deep green square)
- 7-14 days for available products. Available products are in stock at our suppliers and need to be received by us first. (pale green square)
- 14-30 days for products build on demand in China or other places
- Shipping time is based on the status of the products in the shopping cart where the quantity you need is accounted for.

How long does the transport take*?
- 1-2 Days for paid shipping and light parcels (3 kg or less) with International Courier (Express)
- 3-5 Days with DPD coureir Europe or Netexpress (parcels 1-30 kg)
- 3-5 Days for paid shipping and heavy parcels (3 kg or more) with Economy Express
- around 7 days for Europe, up to 30 Days for the rest of the World with FREE shipping

Can you send my order in parts, instant available items first ?
- Only if your total order is 100€ or more, you request it via email at orders@ledrise.com and pay the extra shipping cost
Payment methods:
- Paypal Express checkout
- Credit or Debit Card: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard. 100% secure via the Paypal.
- Papyal. Fast and absolutely secure. A paypal account is recommended but not necessary. You can pay with your credit card also.
- Bank Transfer. Payment is made by transferring the order amount in our bank account.
Shipping cost:
Free for orders that contain only products with the “Free Shipping” logo.
Rates start from 18 EURO for delivery in the European Union, tracking is available.
At the shopping cart you can get a calculation of the shipping cost for your order.
Money back guarantee:
You may ask and we will refund all your money if we delay the shipping of your order from the time specified above with more than:
- 7 working days if you ordered only items that where in our stock in the quantity you ordered. Specified shipping time: within 24 hours from payment. Equal with 8 working days from date when your orders was confirmed.
- 7 working days if your order has some items that where in our suppliers stock in the quantity you ordered. Specified shipping time: 5-7 days from payment. Equal with 14 working days from date when your orders was confirmed.
- 15 days beyond the time we specified via email for an order which had products that where not in stock at Ledrise.com or our suppliers. Specified shipping time: Some products are not in stock. Shipping time will be provided via e-mail.
Refunds can take up to 60 days from the time we aproved your refund request. If you did not receive your refund in this time please send us an email at hq@ledrise.com Refunds will be made via the same payment way we received your payment. If that is not possible, we will not support any bank charges for using another payment method.
Order cancelation:
For free until an order enters the shipping process (its status changes to “Processing”), for a fee from then to the time of shipping.
Product warranty:
Free 14 days warranty.
Paid warranty for up to five years. Warranty fees can range from 1% to 10% of the product value. LedRise.com will handle warranty claims.
Product returns:
You can return all or some of the products ordered and get a full refund on their value within 45 days from the shipping date and if their value is less than 250 euro. For larger amounts a fee of 20% may apply, based on the type of products you want to return and how fast we can sell them to other customers.

2. About the order process
Ordering products from us is easy, just put them in the shopping cart, fill in your address and contact details and the order is placed. Both private and companies can order. Details about the ordering and delivery procedure are briefly presented below. For more detailed information please refer to our CUSTOMER SERVICE section.
Step 1: adding products into the shopping cart.
Information to consider: unit price, general availability
Unit price: expressed in EURO or USD (currency can be changed from the left up side of the page) depends of the quantity of products ordered. Available prices are displayed for each product. The prices are without VAT (sales tax) and shipping cost.
New! All customers within the European Union with a valid VAT ID will receive with their purchase an invoice from our VAT registered company in the EU. VAT for the purchase is subject to reverse charge and is to be accounted for by the recipient according to the Council Directive 2006/112/EC.
Details about shipping can be found below, at step 3.
General availability: if at least one piece of the product is in our stock then the status is "instant available". If one piece is in the stock of our suppliers the status is "available".
Step 2: shopping cart, warranty, shipping cost
Product availability: here you will see for each product if we or our suppliers have enough in stock to meet your order.
Shopping cart: the place where you see all the products you want to order. The total cost of the products is displayed. Shipping cost is not included but is displayed on the same page.
Warranty: By default all products purchased from us have a 14 day return warranty In the shopping cart you can choose to have an extended warranty for some or all of the products. This warranty can be between 3 to 60 months at a cost of 1% to 10% per product. For products with warranty we will replace the broken products for free and cover the shipping cost of sending the new product to you or choose to give you a complete refund if the cost of replacing is higher than the cost of the product.
Step 3: Checkout, Shipping cost
Check out: Please carefully fill your billing and shipping address.
Shipping cost: After you have filled the delivery address our online shop will display the available shipping options for your region and also the cost for each.
Step 4: Payment and order confirmation
Payment: you can pay with Credit Card, Pay Pal or Bank transfer. For Credit Card or Pay Pal your account will be billed automatically. For bank transfer you will need to make a wire transfer from your bank account into ours. Payment must be done in the same currency of the invoice, in the exact amount and all transfer costs must be covered by you.
Order confirmation: After you confirm the order you can save the proforma invoice. If you choose bank transfer you will find our bank details on the proforma invoce. Please inform us via email when you have made payment.
Step 5: Delivery
Delivery time (dispatch+transit time) is calculated from the time your payment is confirmed (message 1) . We will inform you via email about the following events:
- We receive your payment
- The order is processed which means our warehouse is working on your order and will dispatch it in maximum 3 working days.
- The order is is waiting for products to arrive from our supplier We will also give you an estimation about wait time.
- The order is dispatched with the AWB (tracking) number included. If you do not receive and AWB number, you can request it via email.
